What Wesware disclosed about AI

If you searched “is hamburger hill game ai,” the store page already answered the narrow version of that question. Wesware checked three itch.io tags: AI Assisted, Code, and Graphics. The tags mean assistance. They do not mean the whole game was generated from a prompt, and they do not say how large the assisted part is.

I opened the game page and the three itch.io tag indexes, then read the 28 October comments that argue about the art. The indexes title themselves as games made with AI assistance, AI-assisted code, and AI-assisted graphics. I did not find a developer post that names a model or a percentage. Both of those stay blank.

Two comments, left as comments

On 2026-10-28 Malekron wrote “Replace the AI generated art with your own.” The same day another player wrote that it was unfortunate if this game could only exist with AI, and that they still thought it was fun. A third comment used the phrase “good AI slop” while calling the balance terrible. Those are player sentences. This page does not adopt them as a verdict, and it does not upgrade them into a developer confession.

How much of the game is AI?
